I accept the carpet is not as plush as in the photo and it does come wrinkle but that is because of being too tightly rolled for transport. It is not as good as the carpet it replaces but that wool one cost 4 times as much so not too bad a deal. I expect the carpet to recover in time. It will do for the winter months to protect the wool one. In all a good purchase.
I was disappointed when I saw the runner because it looked nothing like the cover in the picture from where I ordered if it had then I wouldn't be sending mine back mine moves when the dog runs in from outside when it's supposed to be nonstick it's extremely thin when it says on the advert that is thick overall not impressed I'm really disappointed i'm thinking if I may be spent £35 on a runner it wouldn't have come and looked like mine does
I have been disappointed by this mat. The surface is full of creases from packing and does not seem to be lessening. Perhaps I have been unlucky. Otherwise it is ok for the price.
Just received this kitchen non slip mat today, it is absolutely perfect. Great quality, colour as advertised, and the great length of 2ft×7ft as you can see in the picture is a great length coverage for my kitchen. It feels lovely and soft and warm under foot and doesn't slide when walked on or vacuumed. It's a great competitive price, I worried the quality wouldn't be good given the price, but how wrong I was! Ive spent much more in the past for rugs of a lesser quality. The shipping was free and arrived on time, and well packaged. A slight bump here and there from packaged but already flattening out and only been on the floor less than an hour. I'd highly recommend this product and give it 5🌟 for quality, price and comfort.
The image above is how the carpet runner was delivered, wrapped in a shockingly poor quality dustbin type bin bag, The carpet runner also has some pile pulled out probably done in transit but who knows ? if it had been packed with some decent packing material maybe i wouldn't be typing this message at all.If i could have given this item zero stars i would have.But this a review of the product after all so here goes, it's thin and nothing remotely like the lovely images in the listing, it arrived badly creased and won't lay flat, it is supposed to be non slip, it moves around on a non slip kitchen floor, you can see gaps in the pile.The old saying that you only get what you pay for IMO does not apply here as the product should be fit for the intended purpose, not impressed at all. Zero stars from me.
I've purchased a few of these runners over the years. Anyway the 110 cm runner the grey strip goes along the length . But the smaller ones the grey stripe goes along the width. They are nice .but the grey strip isn't in the right place ( for me anyway) wanted 2 for a hallway with the grey stripe going along the length not width. They are good quality. So if the orientation don't bother you they are decent .like I said I've brought a few of these over the years .wash well to .no fading etc
These are good mats however only had a month.Washed once and have come out looking like new.

Good mats. Purchased some quite some time ago. Have bought three more. Really like the deep red colour. Hoover and wash well.
Excellent quality rug,for use in my kitchen,easy to clean and traps dirt so I don't transfer mud into the kitchen.
Product was fine, nothing wrong with it. We returned the mat as it wasn't exactly what we required
It's quite thin, not as thick as it looks on the photo. Was expecting something a bit fuller for a £37 bath matt
The door mat itself is good, but the seller needs to listen to the buyers and have it delivered rolled up and not folded in four. It’s taken weeks to flatten the creases out.
Not as thick a pile as thought but durable and washes well
